World Robotic Symposium

The Global Robotics Institute and the Society of Robotic Surgery are delighted to invite you to this years WRS 2011.  This event will highlight the tremendous impact we have experienced from the introduction of robotic surgical technology, and the challenges we face ahead. We, at the Global Robotics Institute, are privileged to invite you to attend our unique meeting in Miami Beach, Florida June 27-29, 2011.

The World Robotic Symposium has been the unparalleled premier event worldwide for the last six years, and has consistently been the best attended global event in robotic surgery. The key reasons for this are our world-class faculty, innovative format, live surgical broadcasts and stimulating scientific sessions.

This year, we will focus on multi-specialty robotic surgery with each specialty having its own tract led by world class faculty. We will feature individualized symposia for Urology, Gynecology, General Surgery, Transoral Surgery, Pediatric Surgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery. The meeting will focus on improving surgical techniques and dealing with challenging surgical scenarios. These will be presented as surgical broadcasts from an array of international experts, along with didactic presentations of demonstrative video footage and scientific sessions. In addition we will also have individualized tracts for Allied Health and Executives interested in the field of robotics. This promises to be another inspirational meeting!
