Accommodations and Tickets

Orlando is renowned for its world class attractions and accommodations. The Fifth Annual World Robotic Symposium will be held near beautiful Orlando, Florida at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club at Walt Disney World Resorts, Florida.

As of March 31 the Yacht Club and Beach Club are both full.  Registrants should ask to make reservations at the Boardwalk Hotel.

For Reservations: 

Guests need to call the main number, 407-934-3372, to book reservations over the phone.  If you receive a voice mail when you call and would prefer an alternative solution please fax the request to 407-824-1980 or email the request to WDWYBBGR@disneyworld.com

Monday thru Friday - 8:30am to 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time

Saturday and Sunday - 8:30am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time

When guests call, please let the agent know that you are calling to book for the World Robotic Symposium.
