Accommodations and Tickets

Orlando is renowned for its world class attractions and accommodations. The Fifth Annual World Robotic Symposium will be held near beautiful Orlando, Florida at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club at Walt Disney World Resorts, Florida.

For Reservations: 

Guests need to call the main number, 407-934-3372, to book reservations over the phone and/or they can fax their requests to 407-824-1980.

Monday thru Friday - 8:30am to 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time

Saturday and Sunday - 8:30am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time

When guests call, please let the agent know that you are calling to book for the World Robotic Symposium.  Reservations are currently being made at the Beach Club Resort.

If guests need to book 4 rooms or more, please fax your request to 407-824-1980. A Multiple Room Request Form will be sent that guests can fill out.
